We collect the data you provide directly when you contact us through our website, WhatsApp, forms or our digital concierge: name, contact details (phone, email), country or city of residence, and your preferences regarding our residences (tower, investment range, purchase intent). We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Your data is used for the following primary purposes:

• Responding to your inquiries and information requests.
• Coordinating and scheduling visits to our residences and amenities.
• Connecting you with a sales advisor to follow up on your interest.
• Preparing proposals and quotes.

Secondarily, and unless you object, we may send you information about development progress, events and opportunities. You may opt out of these secondary purposes by writing to [email protected] without affecting the handling of your request.

Your data may be shared with Viento's sales advisors and authorized broker to follow up on your interest, as well as with providers that support our operation (messaging, web analytics). We do not transfer your data to third parties for unrelated purposes without your consent, except as permitted under article 37 of the LFPDPPP.

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), and to withdraw your consent.
